Artisan Raspberry Vinegar starts life as 100% whole Cornish apples. They take the pure juice and ferment it into a strong dry cider, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the cider into Artisan Cider Vinegar. It is then oak-matured until smooth and woody.
Made from 100% whole Cornish apples – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
