Today’s Lunch was an At Home Store family favorite—East West Enchiladas! Corn tortillas dipped in a slow-cooked tomato sauce, and filled with a dollop of spiced red dal, jack cheese, olives, green pepper, and garnished with cilantro after baking. We love serving it with guacamole and sour cream, and Mázi Piri Piri sauce from our Savory Pantry!
