General Merchandise Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you would like to return a product, please fill out the return form enclosed with your order and return within 30 days of purchase. 

A full refund by original form of payment, less shipping, will be given if merchandise is returned unused and in original condition. All return shipments must be insured for their full value.

All food, knitting needles, seasonal and sale items are not returnable.

Damaged and Defective Orders

If a product is defective, does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please call us at (641) 472-1016 during store hours or email us at athomestoreonline@gmail.com and we will help you. If a shipping package is damaged, please save for reference.

Yarn Returns

Unused yarn in its original condition in its original packaging may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn, shipping costs to and from the At Home Store will be your responsibility. All return shipments must be insured for their full value.
