Le Rose Colorful Pasta from Marella (organic)

These lovely roses will expand greatly, and taste like a dumpling or ravioli in your mouth. A versatile shape, they will go with most sauces. Pretty with pesto or any sauce of your choice.

Made in southern Italy in Puglia using traditional artisan methods, the dough is extruded through bronze dies and then allowed to dry for 2 to 3 days at low temperatures.  The rainbow pasta gets its colors from vegetables like beets, turmeric, red pepper, spinach and tomatoes.
