This prize winning Italian olive oil is named for the “historic” area of the Cordioli farm, and obtained from cultivars typical of the geographical areas—Grignano, Favarol and Pendolino. An extra virgin olive oil, the aroma is characterized by distinctive citrus and floral notes, with a finish of green almond. On tasting, it confirms these olfactory sensations, with a well-balanced, delicate bitterness and peppery pungency.
