They spent many months tasting white chocolate and finding one they felt was the perfect fit for this creation! The creamy white chocolate is slathered over "etoile nord" a 64% Chocolate that has been mixed with crushed all natural peppermint candy. More crunchy peppermint goodness is sprinkled over the top.
