Following old family recipes the Confitures de Nicole are cooked in traditional copper cauldrons. The fruits are hand crafted in small quantities to preserve their natural aroma. Small Mirabelle plums, plentiful in the Alsace region of France, create this special Mirabelles d'Alsace Jam.
