A round fig "cake" made with 100% Italian Dottano figs from Calabria that are handpicked during the end of August and beginning of September in the south of Italy.
Delicious as a dessert or snack. Fantastic on a cheese or butter board. Serve with cheeses such as pecorino, parmesan, gorgonzola, Taleggio, gouda, asiago, goat cheese and ricotta. Pairs with both red and white wines.
