MEIRAMI (“marjoram”) is the latest creation of Elina Helenius, the head designer of Lapuan Kankurit. The design celebrates the humble potted herbs, which allows anyone, regardless of living space, to realize their dream of their very own home garden. Herbs, and the small-scale miracle of growth they represent, bring beauty amidst everyday life. The gorgeous design represents an evergreen ode to the scents, flavors and vitality of herbs.
Double woven MEIRAMI kitchen towel can also be used as a hand towel. Washed linen doesn’t necessarily need any ironing, small wrinkles are allowed—even desired! Linen is a natural material. It’s very absorbent and dries quickly. For these reasons linen is an excellent material for towels. 100% washed linen has been wash treated during the production process, yielding the outstanding absorption capacity.
