Victorinox knives have high carbon, stainless steel blades that are hand finished in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. Each knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened over and over again.

Although Fibrox Pro Knives are dishwasher safe, Victorinox recommends washing all knives by hand. For best results, hand wash your knives with a soapy cloth and dry immediately.
