The Ankarsrum comes with a 7 liter bowl for making large batches of dough. It can mix 1.5 L of dough liquid and 5 kg of dough without a problem. It has an attractive and sleek design, low noise levels, and sits firmly on your worktop.
The package includes a 7.4 quart stainless bowl, dough roller, dough knife, spatula, dough hook and proving lid. Also included are a 4 quart whisking bowl in Tritan plastic, balloon whisks and shortcrust dough hooks.
The handle and control knobs are made of chrome-plated zinc.
