Organic, bronze-die extruded Paccheri is handcrafted by Maurizio of Allemandi, a trained chef and pastaio from Piemonte. Made with organic Umbrian wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. Umbrian wheat is a high-quality durum semolina with a high protein content, giving the pasta an impeccable texture.
Paccheri is excellent with a fresh tomato sauce with ricotta stirred in right before serving or try stuffing the par-cooked pasta with mushrooms, thyme, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to make a baked pasta dish.
