Made with organic Umbrian wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. Umbrian wheat is a high-quality durum semolina with a high protein content, giving the pasta an impeccable texture.
Spaghettoni is excellent dressed simply with Parmigiano and butter, or in Cacio e Pepe, and carbonara.
