This tea is picked durind the second flush from July to September and the high proportion of golden tips in the leaf is an indication of its exceptional quality. When brewed it reveals all the classic Assam character - a strong, malty, full-bodied flavor, dark red liquor, and a wonderful aroma. This tea is recommended to be served at breakfast.
