The beautiful TUULA scarf was designed by our head designer Elina Helenius. She drew inspiration from her mother’s gentleness and the warmth of parenthood for the scarf’s design.
Its delicate, lace-like pattern adds an airy softness to the look. Made of 100% merino wool, TUULA is naturally warm, breathable, and luxuriously soft.
The strategy of Lapuan Kankurit is to be responsible for the whole production of the item, from yarn to ready-made products.
Made of 100 % wool – soft and airy merino wool. Lapuan Kankurit buys its yarn only from the best spinning mills, mainly in the EU region. The warp yarn is spun from South American merino fibre and the weft yarn from South African merino wool fibre. The wool is mulesing-free from responsible and certified suppliers. All yarns are dyed according to REACH regulations, and they meet the requirements of the OEKO-TEX certificate.
Remember that it is often enough to simply air out the wool to clean it.
